I am a New York State licensed psychologist with over 22 years of clinical experience. I provide individual, family and couples therapy in addition to parent training and coaching and have expertise in treating individuals with addiction and autism spectrum disorders (ASD). I am passionate about helping people move toward optimal functioning and well-being. Additionally, I work with college level and professional athletes as they strive to achieve a healthy work / life balance.
